Service 01 · One time
A website built from your words, not a template
Every site starts with a thirty-minute interview about your business: your services, your customers, the objections you hear every week. I write every line from that conversation. Then I lock a design to your brand and code the site by hand, section by section, checked on a phone and on a desktop.
What ships with every build
- All the words, written for you. The interview is the writing.
- A locked design system: your colors, your type, your brand.
- Hand-coded pages. No theme, no builder, no plugin stack.
- Basic SEO: structured data on every page, clean titles and descriptions, a sitemap Google can read.

You run the business, I run the website
I take the hosting, plug in your domain name, and keep everything fast, updated, and watched. Basic SEO stays maintained: structured data clean, pages fast, so Google sees a business that is alive and AI assistants can quote you. Your next customer might ask ChatGPT instead of Google.

This is a strategy, not a subscription. I map the searches your customers type, then take those positions one by one: multiple articles a month, backlinks that build your site's authority, and pages tuned to show up in AI search. The goal is not traffic. The goal is a calendar that fills itself.

Before we talk, the usual questions
Do I have to write anything?
No. The interview is the writing. I turn what you tell me into the words on the page.
I already have a website. Can you rebuild it?
Yes. Most of my work replaces a template site that stopped pulling its weight. We keep what works and rebuild the rest.
Do you work outside Scottsdale?
Yes. Scottsdale and the Phoenix metro first, all of Arizona gladly, remote when it fits.
Who owns the site?
You do. It lives in your own repository, on your own domain. If we part ways, everything stays yours.
What if I only want the site, nothing monthly?
Perfect. Take the keys. The monthly plans exist for owners who never want to think about their website again.
